Every client and transaction is different.  As such, the timeline for acquisition and close will vary, but does typically follow the following process:

IDENTIFYING THE RIGHT AIRCRAFT

We will help you determine and establish your needs for an aircraft based upon your anticipated usage and initial purchase and operating budget, narrowing your search.  After gathering an understanding of your needs, we will assist you in determining which aircraft type, model, year, total time, and equipment will meet your goals.

LOCATING THE RIGHT AIRCRAFT

With our well-developed network of brokers, dealers, management companies, maintenance facilities and aircraft lenders, we are able to bring aircraft options to you that are simply not available or known to the general public or many brokers.  Often, these "off-market" aircraft are some of the very best aircraft available, both in quality and price.

PRE-PURCHASE NEGOTIATION AND CONTRACTING

Our success with clients is not complex - we pride ourselves on service, and we help them reduce cost of acquiring and operating an aircraft safely. Aircraft selection and price negotiation is both an art and a science. We have a history of negotiating competitive contracts for aircraft acquisition.  

We walk each client through the pre-purchase inspection and formal purchase agreement.  These are the two most important elements of any aircraft purchase to ensure the quality of the aircraft, protecting the interests of our clients and minimizing future risk of a high-value asset.  

CLOSING AND DELIVERY

During the escrow process and at the time of closing, we will make sure all of the paperwork and financial documents are in order and work directly with the escrow company to ensure a smooth transaction.  Additionally, our third party specialists can assist you in seeking substantial reductions in sales and use tax issues.

We will ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and ready for delivery, and provide relocation services if necessary.

During the sales process, we will walk you though each and every step including arranging aircraft demonstrations with prospective buyers, storage of your aircraft, cleaning and detailing of your aircraft, all sales, escrow and title paperwork and lastly, delivery of your aircraft.
